submitted my phone Xperia m dual on 27 sep,2014 till now not got the phone . I have submitted it many time and its pcb was changed one . The phone has a problem and they don't understand that. They are not giving me cash back also. Every time they say me within a week you will get the phone . As a loyal Sony customer, I will never buy another Sony product. Our 2yr old 50" $1000 TV failed to turn on. I got nothing in the way of help from Sony customer care....simply referred to e-service. Got a call saying I was approved for 4,400 once I pd $ up front to show that I could make monthly payment. Lost $. No loan! Add comment

Sony Repair "Sucks"! One of the worst experiences I has ever had with any company. I have called and called trying to find out about my Pro Camera SLT-a77., I was sent an estimate on a repair that was super high and all the note said was the price for the repair and call an toll free number to approve the repair. I purchased a DVD player from Walmart in Temecula Ca. For $29.99 brought in home it worked for 4 months and now it works now and then. This is a formal complaint about your products. Thay are ***. I spend my money to watch DVDs and your product took a dump on me.Sp I will no longer purchase any Sony products ever again. Add comment

Sony is the worse company everyone be careful using your credit cards my sons card is on his account but someone used my card over dried my account 400 and there taking forever to fix the problem I notifyed the police whoever gets caught will be going to jail Add comment
