Sent Sony my Xperia Z3 for servicing. Thank you Sony for destroying my phone beyond recognition and twisting the knife in my back. Never buying another Sony product as long as I live.

I bought a sony xperia z 5 its 3 months old and the side of the phone is broke right above the power butten it cuts my thumb every time i turn on my phone they said they cannot honer my warrienty because i bought it online it is not just a inconvience its a safty hazard

This isn't the first time that I've and this issue with this business location. They recently did this to me and I let it go and walked out of the store very frustrated. This time I'm not letting it go. I went in there specifically to purchase a tv. I had my truck emptied out to drive it home with me that day. I sent my ps4 in about a month ago. I was quoted a price a round $170......OK $170. Went to the trouble to wait for the box that Sony sends to you so you can send it in then had to take it to a FedEx and ship it. I get a call that my credit card has been declined. I knew I had enough on the card so I called back, figured it was nothing. The young lady told me she had authorized the payment. Great. Get an email sayin the card had been declined... Read more

I received these headphones as a Christmas gift on 12/25/2015. On 5/25/2016 I called Sony to try to get the right head phone repaired. I was informed that they are only under warranty from Sony for 90 days, but my warranty that came with the headphones CLEARLY states that parts are covered for ONE YEAR. I purchase a sony tv last November. Last week the action remote supplied with the TV stopped working. I contacted customer service this morning and was told to turn off the tv for 1 minute and then back on. The remote still does not work. After finding out I only received 1 remote in my new unopened box of the 2 needed to operate the TV. I also bought a Sony sound bar at the same time and have used the sound bar remote for all channel surfing.... Read more

I never in my life of 42yrs felt so bad and angry with any consumer products but with purchase of TV from above the JUNK COMPANY which really supplies JUNK products to the consumers and looting/deceiving.I purchased by paying nearly 70-80k rupees {for both TV AND SOUND SYSYTEM} and after 3 yrs it started to MALFUNCTION.When approached to service centre they gave the quotation for Rs.31,313/- .This is total nexus with SONY and the service centre... Sony new 4 k tv are junk. Warning to all consumers, STAY AWAY FROM SONY. They do not stand behind there products and will give you a refurbished tv when you bought a new one that lasted inly 5 days. I am still paying on a tv that will not work and I am getting someone else junk. Someone will get my junk. Large word of warning........ I bought a Sony 1080P 46" TV in 2000, it was made in 1999. I loved and bragged it had the best picture ever. 2 months ago in the middle of a program it died. I called a TV repairman from Best Buy where the TV was bought called the "Geek Squad" and pd $110 for the service call. Bottom line pd $1100 for the TV and the panel needing replaced cost $2000.
