It has been a biggest pain to deal with their CIC representatives?. When I dealt with the Manager of the CIC named Jim, I understand why the reps are rude and because he is even worse than the reps..
They told me that if after three time they can not fixed problems, then they going to replace a new one.. but the Manager denied!. I just have to take them to the court to get my money back I guess:. It is a big pain!!
My advice: don't buy Sony products because you don't want to get into a situation like me. 128ae9c
