My NSX 40GT1 Google TV gets a "Process System is not Responding" error message. No one in support can solve. Tried Online service portal. Tried Online community. Only response was to perform a system reset on remote. ( TV is virtually unresponsive without a remote. Bought my Sony 65" XBR-65X850B in DEC 2014. Today it just stopped working all together. When it is plugged in it just repeatedly clicks on with the white light at the bottom to red and off. It does that repeatedly. I called Sony customer service only to learn that they only warranty it for a year which is absolutely ridiculous due to the fact that this is obviously a hardware issue, and consumers deserve better quality and support for... My sony 70w850b tv is dead after only having it 16 months,keeps turning off and the screen turns black. I will never get another Sony again EVER!

My 10 year grandson ask me if he could purchase an upgrade or his system which was $20 & I agree. I received an email stated three debits of $20 were processed for the same item. Sony bluray surround sound system never works for youtube, cant get sony website to work to link pandora. Zero people to contact for support. Save yourself the hassle and Like they care about the consumer anymore anyways. Big corporation laughs at us economic slaves! Wake up people, "smart" *** is just ***

Well, bought a set of Sony in ear wired headphones (MDR-650AP) a few weeks ago. The sound is great but the the remote button/program button is not working. I downloaded apps such as smart connect and smart key and thought it would work....well, no it did not. After 9 months of operation, the Sony 4K TV stopped working. Discussed problem with Sony's "Customer Service" Dept (someone who had tremendous difficulty with the English language). Sent Sony my Xperia Z3 for servicing. Thank you Sony for destroying my phone beyond recognition and twisting the knife in my back. Never buying another Sony product as long as I live.

I bought a sony xperia z 5 its 3 months old and the side of the phone is broke right above the power butten it cuts my thumb every time i turn on my phone they said they cannot honer my warrienty because i bought it online it is not just a inconvience its a safty hazard

This isn't the first time that I've and this issue with this business location. They recently did this to me and I let it go and walked out of the store very frustrated.
