Sony bluray surround sound system never works for youtube, cant get sony website to work to link pandora. Zero people to contact for support. Save yourself the hassle and Like they care about the consumer anymore anyways. Big corporation laughs at us economic slaves! Wake up people, "smart" *** is just ***

Well, bought a set of Sony in ear wired headphones (MDR-650AP) a few weeks ago. The sound is great but the the remote button/program button is not working. I downloaded apps such as smart connect and smart key and thought it would work....well, no it did not. After 9 months of operation, the Sony 4K TV stopped working. Discussed problem with Sony's "Customer Service" Dept (someone who had tremendous difficulty with the English language). In a little over a week, they sent a repair technician with some parts which, when he installed them, did not correct the problem. Sent Sony my Xperia Z3 for servicing. Thank you Sony for destroying my phone beyond recognition and twisting the knife in my back. Never buying another Sony product as long as I live.

I bought a sony xperia z 5 its 3 months old and the side of the phone is broke right above the power butten it cuts my thumb every time i turn on my phone they said they cannot honer my warrienty because i bought it online it is not just a inconvience its a safty hazard

This isn't the first time that I've and this issue with this business location. They recently did this to me and I let it go and walked out of the store very frustrated. This time I'm not letting it go. I went in there specifically to purchase a tv. I had my truck emptied out to drive it home with me that day. I sent my ps4 in about a month ago. I was quoted a price a round $170......OK $170. Went to the trouble to wait for the box that Sony sends to you so you can send it in then had to take it to a FedEx and ship it. I get a call that my credit card has been declined. I knew I had enough on the card so I called back, figured it was nothing. The young lady told me she had authorized the payment. Great. Get an email sayin the card had been declined... Read more

I received these headphones as a Christmas gift on 12/25/2015. On 5/25/2016 I called Sony to try to get the right head phone repaired. I was informed that they are only under warranty from Sony for 90 days, but my warranty that came with the headphones CLEARLY states that parts are covered for ONE YEAR. I purchase a sony tv last November. Last week the action remote supplied with the TV stopped working. I contacted customer service this morning and was told to turn off the tv for 1 minute and then back on. The remote still does not work. After finding out I only received 1 remote in my new unopened box of the 2 needed to operate the TV. I also bought a Sony sound bar at the same time and have used the sound bar remote for all channel surfing.... Read more
