It’s hard to contact someone

I repeatedly call and cant speak with anyone about my ps5 and its getting really upsetting and I neees to speak with someone keep saying call back at hour times and Im calling back at the hour times

No one has called or no one has come to fix my television. I don't think Sony company works that way. I am using Sony televisions for last 45 years. I have purchased and used several televisions. They go bad after several years of use. This is the first time new television went bad within 7 months. Does Sony producing inferior quality televisions now a days?. I don't have any television now and repair person is not here. How long I have to wait?. We have already sent all the information including copy of bill

Not getting access to my account

I havent been on my ps4 for a while Ive gone to go onto it and it sign in to PlayStation network so Ive tired that and it says update now , but when I go to update it comes up with a black screen and error occurred with some numbers and then nothing works at all so Im not sure what I can do my ps4 will not update and its really getting on my nerves at the moment so any help will be very well appreciated !!

My Lan part dont connect when I plug the cord up to the internet box at all. It only connects to WiFi. So when I use my ethernet cord it wont work at all.

Never did hear back from Sony about TV issue. Its been over a week . Was told by Bestbuy that OLED TV should not be having that shadow problem. My suggestion for my next TV is not spend $2000 on a TV . Maybe spend half that . It gives you the same warranty. And the picture is just as good.

Irregular circumstances

How can I be banned and NO ONE not even a supervisor can tell me EXACTLY what was it specially that led to it. ALSO everyone just reads from a script and it provide real help. Also how is it possible to be suspended but IMPOSSIBLE under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES that it can be reversed so basically I get banned no one can tell me why other then a general reason and I have proof that I didnt breach terms Ive been with Sony over 20 years !
