Mixture within their customer service of incompetence, unwillingness to help and arrogance.

Took my Sony DVD player to my Sony HD TV to hook them up. The TV had two occupied HDMI ports-the DVD player no AV ports - just an HDMI outlet. And a coaxial port for "sound". Called Customer Service. Boy - did they have a good laugh at me. You're SOL they said! Any solutions? asked I - Pound Salt said they!

User's recommendation: Stay away from Sony electronic residential stuff.

I need to have a ps5 game console Sent to a local store for pickup

I have gone on line and I'm not getting any where with this! I need to speak to a live person about getting a ps5 console for the games you have out However no one is getting them in anywhere not in stores and not on line. Why can't anyone just Answer my questions or calls??

I think they make it hard to get a hold of a rep now because it stresses people out, and they make it so hard that you forget about the problem because its much easier than dealing with sony, to just to ask questions that only they can be able to answer.

So my disc is in there and it wont give it back
