Just trying to get in contact with ANYONE about an account recovery (lost password and incorrect birthday on the account so unable to reset myself) is probably the most difficult thing I've ever tried. Chat bot instantly ends the session when it finds out it's not about a sale and literally won't let me start another session.

Calls go unanswered, hours are all over the place (EST for chat bot, PST for phone center). There's no way to get in contact with Sony, good luck if you need to.

It turns on for a second and then immediately turns off I don't have the remote I lost it the remote is gone

They dont bother to actually review reports and suspend accounts based on other people griefing them when no harassment was done no hate speech nothing racial not even a swear word and they suspend your account and wont turn it back on even if you try and appeal it and actually have good proof they still stick to the suspension

Sony TV not working only a red light blinks 4 times then wont turn on, we spent over $2,000.00 on the tv. Payed for professional delivery AND installation.

It is not even 4 months old yet & the tv is dead. I was better off with Samsung.

Don't buy the Sony XR Bravia even the remote is made cheaply. Money trap

Im trying to find out if this Sony TV can get digital stations. The first person I talked to said thought the tv was to old he would not even help me.

I called back and got it working with a different customer service person.

Both customer service people said they would email me a owners manual neither one did. Broken English on both could barely understand.

First guy I spoke to told me my email wasnt mine and hung up on me. 2nd guy I called I asked if I could fix my security question which is my birthday and if I put wrong date in could I change it or if it was a glitch in their system if the could fix it. And his answer was no but couldnt tell me why

For long now since I no longer know my password, the phone is unavailable to hard reset, so I have tried different methods but to no avail, using the power and volume down button was to no avail, even using a computer software to see if it could be decoded was still to no avail I think it's Sony xz 3, so I sincerely need your help

I put an order in then created an account but it told me there was an error then I redid it but it told me I had account but it doesn't have the password I put in nor the birth date I called to get some assistance didnt help I ordered headphones and wont be able to receive the shipping information due to the mess

Once I turn off my TV 10 seconds later, it comes back on. I replace all Cable, connections, and remote control and it still happens. What do you suggest?

Hello this is no problem at all. I wanted to reach out because I recently saw your movie ghostbusters frozen empire.

I really enjoyed the way the cast work so well together and how they bond on a project.

I wanted to always be apart of a Sony project I dont have enough experience though. Is there any chance you can reach out and see if I can be in any upcoming projects.

Rb bumper on back of DualSense edge controller broke after 3 weeks. Almost impossible to get ahold of Sony!

For a $200 controller I'd expect better. Also if you go on Reddit hundreds of people are having the same exact problem and Sony hasn't resolved.
