I deleted the game and now I'm downloading it back if it's still lags and unplayable I'm getting a refund

we were installing for Sony A6400 and to follow with wireless tether as next step. call was cut off , at PMHOMe and I could not get the High Level technician back . so job is not done and unsatisfied please make sureI will get the support on Monday with an other High level tecnician . case # 0754**** thank you Lida lavender no Idea

My PlayStation has been stolen

My PlayStation has been stolen I was told to contact the police and Sony but every number email or help I look into is not helpful unable to talk to a real person which means I get no help the help settings have nothing to do with stolen product so pretty much when it's stolen you're screwed and they refused to help you I've been calling them for 3 days and then getting the same thing we are currently not open at this time call between the business hours of 9:00 and 6 Pacific time well it's been 3 days and I know pacifically it's been 9 and 6 already it seems the more you try to contact them the less they are available

User's recommendation: Contact the police and make sure you have the serial numbers on hand.

Lost playstation plu card 12 mo

I have been trying to get answers for a half day. This is ridiculous. Your probably the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with and I am pretty sure this is not your first time hearing this. I will assure you I will send this experience to all my fellow veterans to inform them of this waste of time.

Lost playstation plu card 12 mo

I can not get anyone on the line to answer my question. I was visiting Rocklin CA. and visited a best buy to buy my daughter a few things. One of which was the PlayStation card. I also bought her a carrying case for her new computer. She put the card in what she thought was a side pocket on the case and it wasnt. The card slid out of the pocket without her knowing. She back to best buy and they stated that we need to contact Sony for some code on the card that was lost. Can you please help us. It was a Christmas gift for her.

Bar or not available customer services

I have downloaded the User's Guide of my SONY DVD recorderVRD-MC10 but there is not telephone number, Email or Mail address to make further questions. This company SONY does not provide any consumer support, their telephones malfunction and their employees are insolent. SONY has a bad reputation from his clients. I do not expect to buy anymore SONY products and they are such beasts who do not care at all.DO NOT BUY SONY PRODUCTS

Need some assistance

I've been Harassed and hacked by these 4 people who have been stealing information and stealing my account for the 4 months in a row and I've tried to get my account up with everything with playstation service with security and 2 step verification and Nothing went well, the hackers came back and stood my account and dox me once again. After 2 hours with a agent I got my account back. Hopefully playstation can see this and really help me with the hacking problem

Ps4 won't download C.O.D ww2 and can't get help from PlayStation

My ps4 has been not downloading call of duty ww2 I havent found any help from sony or PlayStation the time I tried to reach them. I tried resetting, rebuilding database everything that was suggested but nothing worked I dont want a refund or a difference system just a solution to this problem but everything I hear is the same rebuild or restart my ps4. And it feel like yall arent talking to be because u expect me to get a new one or ask for a refund Im not so please inform me on how to fix the earror code(CE-30005-8)

Brand new earbuds not charging

Purchased the the Sony xm3 earbuds and they stopped charging after two weeks I would really like to get the issue resolved because these cost a a lot of money. The chafing light on the case doesnt seem to work so I reallly need your help because this sucks
