Screen cracked Sony NW-WM1Z

Cannot connect to PSN

Within the last couple weeks I have been losing services on my PSN. Spoke with rep and they said it was a PSN issue. Had my router replaced and I have no difficulty connecting PS4 to the internet, but get repeated errors when trying to connect to PSN. I have been calling support for days and no one ever answers. Cannot get a human on the line. Ive walked through every suggestion to reconnect to no avail, so in essence I am paying for service that I am not able to use and missing out on all the game play I depend on during these times of isolation. Im royally frustrated and angry. I am beginning to believe Sony no longer cares about its customers unless they are purchasing the new PS5.

I ordered a P S 4 and never got it

I ordered a ps4 and have yet to receive it. It was supposed to have been here 2 weeks ago! when I ordered a PlayStation about a month ago I still haven't got it.

I have this same problem with Sony. I have been trying to resolve for about 2 years (since I purchased my camera).

I apparently have another account with Sony, but no one seems to be able to tell me anything about it our how to link the 2 accounts together. I have never seen a customer service organization so disconnected and screwed up in my life.

My account has been hacked and suspended and they aren't helping at all!

I called customer service and the man is telling me I was suspended because of something sent in the messages when i told him someone hacked it

Yeah, how can a multibillion dollar corporation offer to sell a product and only run a limited amount of stock and as for the Thank You tweet to the customers for making the PS5 launch the best in years maybe Sony should thank the scalpers personally for ripping people off because they're the ones buying up all the consoles.

This matter had NOT Been resolved at all. I have call at least 10 Sony telephone numbers.

All of them direct consumers to websites for support or contacts although they are not available. My experience with Sony has been absolutely humiliating!

Sony sold me (and other consumers) a defective television with full knowledge of the technical deficiencies of this particular model. My television was purchased last year and it recently stopped working as I was watching it. After extensive research, I learned that it is a common problem with Sony televisions which require consumers to pay Sony an additional $650 for the required part. After numerous calls to Sony, I was unable to speak to anyone about this problem nor did anyone return my telephone call.
