I am extremely disappointed by Sony. No customer service or tech support whatsoever.

Attempting to push me into a PAID service to get answer to a question on your website is INSULTING!!!

I will never trust you again. Your tactics and TOTAL lack of customer support is abusive of your customer.

National Customer Service rep just hung up on me! No solutions just repeatedly asking over & over for the same info already provided over the last 3 months.

TV speaker is rattling while under warranty. Multiple phone calls & escalations with zero remedies, only repeated requests for videos already sent & confirmed received twice while I was on the phone uploading them.

Case closed abruptly multiple times. I asked they call to clear it up. They called at 4:30 & 5:30 am. I called back & the National Customer Service rep who wouldnt give her name or transfer me to a supervisor HUNG UP ON ME!

Sony = BS Baloney. Ill never buy Sony again.

Better off with a company that appreciates customers, stands by its products & honors its warranties! Their pathetic reviews are well deserved.

It’s the worst of any kind that i ever felt with in reference to the headphone set. I spent two hours trying to register and to create new account per their instructions through automation instructions. I finally hung up and I never had a chance to talk to a customer service representative.
