I’m not happy with Sony at all. I purchased a lot of stuff from you people. It’s the first time you have not stood behind a major problem that I’ve had with us for several years.

looks like customer service can only tell us whatever you are allowing them to tell us the truth is the company has done a very poor job and supporting me with my TV. I paid a lot of money for it.

I purchased it from Best Buy now I have to pay a lot of money I have someone come out and try to fix the set. Ive had problems with the sound going off and off and on for several years now and now my pictures gone and you wont stand behind it I know this thats out of Morty, but they shouldve been taken care of a long long time ago and it wasnt

I called twice no answer

I called for the first time yesterday and no answer, they just ended the call immediately without even getting customer service, called again the second time, still no answer didn't even send me to customer service again. My issue was never resolved, in total bad service and bad customer service.

I am extremely disappointed by Sony. No customer service or tech support whatsoever.

Attempting to push me into a PAID service to get answer to a question on your website is INSULTING!!!

I will never trust you again. Your tactics and TOTAL lack of customer support is abusive of your customer.
