sony has admitted there was a defect in my lap top computer, so they sent a tech to my house to replace the fan.the tech tells me the over heating from the fan not working properly caused the hard drive to burn out.I called sony told them this problem they told me my warrenty is up so I would have to pay for a new hard drive even though it was caused by the defect in the computer.I own this computer a year and 2 months. my warranty ran out after a year, although they were willing to fix the fan after the warranty ran out, because it was there fault so wasn't the hard drive there fault too.they told me nothing they can do about it I must pay for the hard drive very unfair.
