I submitted my phone to Sony for warranty repair because the phone somehow just completely stopped working. The phone did have a bit of damage on it but that was from being in my pocket and the frame not being strong enough to handle my weight (never had this issue on any other phone).

Phone had no signs of being dropped nor did it have water damage. I submitted the phone and waited the 14 days to request for an update on my phone. The agent notified me that my phone was at quality control to make sure the repairs were done correctly. I received my phone a week later and nothing was done to my phone.

Literally nothing. It looks like Sony spent a total of 10 secs on my phone and decided not to do any repair to it. So that whole "your phone is at quality control" was a complete lie.

I suggest you never buy a Sony phone for the simple fact that if you ever need to go through a warranty repair they will find any excuse to deny your claim. Will never buy a Sony phone again.
