$2000 tv 3 months out of extended warranty, TV is 2.25 years old. Had red blinking light error 6 times.

Technician came out replaced main board twice still problems. Parts from Encompiss (sony authorized parts dealer) are junk; company is confused and they send out bad parts according to technician. Support from Sony is the worst. never will I purchase another Sony product my old samsong lasted 8 years.

TV still dead sitting in the living room.

Will be delivering it through the door of Best Buy using catapult may a bit of a campire on the sidewalk needed also. standard planned obsolescence best buy got paid sony got paid and I got foct.

Replaced power board was another defective product from encompass didint even get board to power up at all. Old board powers to 6 led new board did nothing. Sony is a joke so is encompass
