Own a Sony XBR55 TV since January 2016. After just 2 years, the TV won't power up any longer.

Sony provided little to know assistance resolving my case and could care less about my loss. They referred me to Out-of-warranty Service Center. Contacted several of them for information hand their less responsive than Sony. Must be cut from the same cloth.

I would highly recommend NOT purchasing a Sony Brand TV or other electronic component based on this experience.

You would think a TV should last longer than 2 years, but don't count on that with a Sony product!

Looks like more E-waste.

Stick with Samsung, best customer service experience. They actually care!
