They keep banning me for no reason unfairly targeting my ps4 acc Trial475roundish and they ban people who defend themselves and they done unfair justice to me over the years they have made me lose my ps plus for a year one time I want this fixed I'm unsatisfied with the Sony workers
Preferred solution: A year of playstation plus and my acc Trial475roundish unbanned right away or I'm gonna sue for millions

Broken phone

Bought new Bravia tv same make and model a year ago have not been able to pick up antenea channels my old one does
Bought new Sony Bravia TV to replace old one which still works but new one has yet to Pick up one single antenea it's been over a year and tv was not cheap.Why do all these companies mess with electronics instead of leaving it alone? I'm Mad tv can only be used for my dvd player vcr also not output outlets like my old one which means I have to disconnect one to use other.Why did they remove outputs? So mad because ordering online can't see what I can hookup to.No more sony for me

My Sony account got taken away bye some body
He still has my account my id on the account is SkullKBM i feel upset about losing my account i really need it back because I bought a bunch of games on the account and hes still playing on it I already was trying to contact Sony through there phone number but didnt seem to work out as i thought It did

Replacement parts
I was told all the parts I needed were discontinued leaving me to have to get rid of the merchandise also there's no aftermarket parts available for purchase. Can you recommend anywhere in might be able to find the parts I need? Speaker wires and replacement remote for the stereo system

How do you get any kind of service from Sony?
I cant seem to get anywhere with you guys even when I try to text. Im having a problem with my television with the Ex reality pro this is not a new set.

My bank card is attached to my system and my little cousin. He bought 49.99 dollars worth of VC with my card that I did not authorize.
Also I was at work when the purchase was made. The only recent payment Ive done is buying the HOF season pass

To get my account back, I got hacked
I was at work one day I was game sharing with another them my email and password to login and they change either my password or my login and I came back from work around seven and try to log on my game and I was logged out still in messages. I sent my email and password. I forgot his username of his PlayStation ID.

My account has been hacked
2024 June 28. I spent $50 on PlayStation redeem code, June 29, 2024.
I sent somebody my email and password for my PlayStation account to game share with somebody at 5 o'clock I had to go to work, and I was getting notifications of somebody trying to log into my account. Furthermore, I declined it, but I got logged out.
I tried to log in. It said not correct email or not correct password.
Preferred solution: My account and money

I’m not happy with Sony at all. I purchased a lot of stuff from you people. It’s the first time you have not stood behind a major problem that I’ve had with us for several years.
looks like customer service can only tell us whatever you are allowing them to tell us the truth is the company has done a very poor job and supporting me with my TV. I paid a lot of money for it.
I purchased it from Best Buy now I have to pay a lot of money I have someone come out and try to fix the set. Ive had problems with the sound going off and off and on for several years now and now my pictures gone and you wont stand behind it I know this thats out of Morty, but they shouldve been taken care of a long long time ago and it wasnt

Can’t sign in to my PlayStation 4
I have a new PS4 and it keeps asking me for authentication codes and I dont get any notifications in my email or they dont tell me where to get these codes I cant understand why you dont make it easier to just verify through email

I called twice no answer
I called for the first time yesterday and no answer, they just ended the call immediately without even getting customer service, called again the second time, still no answer didn't even send me to customer service again. My issue was never resolved, in total bad service and bad customer service.
