Verified BuyerThis is my second time being a victim of Fraud under PlayStation Sony!!! 1. It wouldn’t let me remove my card from the Ps store and I got charged $80 for ps plus subscription. I called 9 times!!!

Paid 70 dollars on a PlayStation 5 controller. Fast forward to a week ago and the controller is unusable for gaming now due to such aggressive stick drift.
I've owned this controller for less than six months. Took great care of it never dropped it or took my game rage out on it. Not a scratch on the controller anywhere yet it becomes unusable for gaming after less than half a year. This is pathetic and disgraceful on sony's part.
Tried filing a claim on the warranty I got for this controller since the last controller I got with my PS5 also had the same issue after less than a year of casual use. Customer support website tells me to call the support phone number to file my claim.
Called the support number and the automated agent told me to go to the website so I'm left dead in the water. Plenty of children use this gaming console so I can only imagine the irritation they experience from this fiasco as a grown adult.
