We received a new TV replacement that was damaged and delivery was refused. I have not been able to reach my case representative for further information regarding receiving a another new replacement tv. I can't reach anyone who will help me at any of the contact numbers.

To get my account back, I got hacked
I was at work one day I was game sharing with another them my email and password to login and they change either my password or my login and I came back from work around seven and try to log on my game and I was logged out still in messages. I sent my email and password. I forgot his username of his PlayStation ID.

My account has been hacked
2024 June 28. I spent $50 on PlayStation redeem code, June 29, 2024.
I sent somebody my email and password for my PlayStation account to game share with somebody at 5 o'clock I had to go to work, and I was getting notifications of somebody trying to log into my account. Furthermore, I declined it, but I got logged out.
I tried to log in. It said not correct email or not correct password.
Preferred solution: My account and money

I am so tired of talking and texting to a computer. If I could I would never ever by a Sony product ever they just dont back up or support there customer s unbelievable you still have business.

Troubleshooting on my PS5
Hello Sony, my name is Ryan and I am emailing today about the internet connection on my PS5. The PS5 does not support the web browser like the PS4 does, and I use the xfinitywifi hotspot.
The hotspot/wifi requires sign in through web browser.
Is there a way around this? Please help.

Can't even recover account
Just trying to get in contact with ANYONE about an account recovery (lost password and incorrect birthday on the account so unable to reset myself) is probably the most difficult thing I've ever tried. Chat bot instantly ends the session when it finds out it's not about a sale and literally won't let me start another session.
Calls go unanswered, hours are all over the place (EST for chat bot, PST for phone center). There's no way to get in contact with Sony, good luck if you need to.

They dont do “extensive investigation”
They dont bother to actually review reports and suspend accounts based on other people griefing them when no harassment was done no hate speech nothing racial not even a swear word and they suspend your account and wont turn it back on even if you try and appeal it and actually have good proof they still stick to the suspension

Resolved: $2,000.00 tv only 4 months old and it took a *** Iam shocked and disappointed with Sony company
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Sony TV not working only a red light blinks 4 times then wont turn on, we spent over $2,000.00 on the tv. Payed for professional delivery AND installation.
It is not even 4 months old yet & the tv is dead. I was better off with Samsung.
Don't buy the Sony XR Bravia even the remote is made cheaply. Money trap

Tv antenna not working
Im trying to find out if this Sony TV can get digital stations. The first person I talked to said thought the tv was to old he would not even help me.
I called back and got it working with a different customer service person.
Both customer service people said they would email me a owners manual neither one did. Broken English on both could barely understand.

First guy I spoke to told me my email wasnt mine and hung up on me. 2nd guy I called I asked if I could fix my security question which is my birthday and if I put wrong date in could I change it or if it was a glitch in their system if the could fix it. And his answer was no but couldnt tell me why
