File appeal for PlayStation

So basically, I'm trying to call because I'm trying to find out how I can set appeal for PlayStation so I want calling Sony because my PlayStation account is banned for almost over a week. Somebody have reported my page saying that I went against code of conduct because they text my game and I defended myself no matter what I said it's my game they text me and they reported my page.
I haven't made no type of threats. I haven't said nothing no hate speech about no nobody raise.
None of that. All I said was why are you texting my game get off my game that's it and he reported my page and it got reported that is ridiculous.
