Offerup - I need to speak with someone there

This is the third text that I sent. The first two were through my Gmail and now I'm going through this again with no response. I want to know how to get credit back on my credit card that was an unauthorized used to purchase an item from my son. The item was barely shipped and will not get here for a couple of days. But I do not want the item and would like to have credit back to my card. What do I do?

SquareTrade - Claiming no problem when there is still one

Bought Squaretrade plan in March, in September started having issue with my headphones and a documented problem that others have had with the same model. Sent them in and SquareTrade returned them with same problem saying they didn’t see any issue.

I ordered wireless Bluetooth headphones from by paying before the delivery. After several days of back up on their non reachable phone, they said you will have to pay more as that is registration amount you have paid. This was not informed previously. Even after several emails still i have not received my money back.

I have bought a pair of high end noise cancelling SONY headphones (their top model the MDR-1000X) to the tune of over 300 Euros. When I tried to plug them in they pair normally and all was good, they work ok with my phone for the most part even if I have to manually connect them sometimes. With my laptop and desktop computers however is another story. Every time I want to listen to music I need to remove the device, pair it again, restart the computer and only then can I use the device. Hard to understand that a high end pair of headphones like this wouldn't pair. I contacted SONY Support which told me to do a reset on the headphones and try again and let them know if the issue persisted. As the issue wasn't resolved I then did so. After a few days of back and forward email exchanges where SONY's support always had something extra to ask me about the issue but never a solution for my case they said they would escalate the issue and they would get back to me on it. After over a week I was passing by the Dixon's shop where I bought this which thankfully have a little more customer skills than SONY themselves and when explained the issue allowed me to exchange the headphones on the spot for a brand new pair. I thought the issues were resolved, certainly SONY wouldn't have put out a pair of headphones at this price range without quality control, one mistake everyone makes and it happens but to my complete surprise the new pair had exactly the same problem, over 4 different computers. 2 laptops and 2 desktops. It pairs a bit better with the phone than the old one but other than that I still have to remove the device and repair each time I pair it with another device in between the computers. A pair of earphones from ebay that cost a couple quid would pair better, in fact they do and I've never had this issue with them. Contacted SONY support again to see the result of the escalation since I hadn't heard from them in over a week and they simply asked me a couple more questions, (if they had them then I don't know why they waited so long to ask) and then said the issue was escalated, a few days later without any word from SONY I emailed them again, one more time they said the issue had been escalated and they would get back to me as soon as possible. This last contact was 5 days ago now and honestly I've had enough of this ***. I've paid a ton of money for a defective product and want a refund (which SONY by the way when questioned about said they would not give). I have a worthless piece of *** headset for which I paid over 300 euros and need to restart my PC each time I want to listen to music. SONY's silence about the issue is deafening and I cannot understand how there are so many good reviews about this product. Another issue that is completely *** in this headset is that if I'm using it wired, I have no touch controls so if I want to change a song I need to take my phone of the backpack to skip forward or to change volume. It makes no sense at all. I will go to the retailer over the weekend and will request a refund from them and will buy the BOSE QC35 which can only be better. So if you're considering buying a SONY product, no matter what it is, be aware that if something goes wrong and it is clearly deffective, SONY will stall and wash his hands from it claiming they will not refund you no matter what. I've had many good SONY products in the past and never had an issue, this was however the last time I will purchase a SONY item. In this day and age, you don't only need a quality product, you need to understand and respect your customer and deliver exceptional service. There are plenty of competitors and all it takes is one really bad experience to lose a client for life. This has been a pretty bad experience. I feel completely neglected and abandoned by SONY my issues aren't worth a email for them and they are just stalling, no matter what happens now, they've lost me as a client and I hope this review opens your eyes to how you will potentially be treated if something goes wrong with them. Good luck if you buy SONY is all I can wish you.

Screwed by Sony's Laredo Texas Repair Center

I sent my $600 Sony Xperia Z2 in for repairs because the microphone did not work. Its a known problem and is covered under the warranty. $600 phone and no one could hear me - frustrating. It took the Laredo repair center 15 days to decide they would replace the phone. I never received any communication initiated from the repair department. I called twice a week from the the day they received my phone, November 20th, for updates. I called on 12/9 and after requesting to speak with a manager was told that my replacement phone had been shipped. It took an additional 20 minutes to dig up a tracking number. So I track down the box (I had it delivered to my work since I cant sign for packages during the day), open the box and NO PHONE! What the heck Sony! In the box is: - a charger - a pair of headphones - 8 1/2" x 11" piece of paper explaining my phone had been replaced with a white phone - instruction manuals - green bubble wrap What the heck Sony! $600, 12 phone called and more than a month later and I still have no phone. This is frustrating - beyond ridiculous. I don't know what kind of issues you have going on at that repair center but Sony, you need to get them straightened out.

SEP 26 13 SONY ELECTRONICS, INC., is a criminal enterprise. First, I never spoke or had any communication with a "Paul" with no last name. I did speak and write to a "Carlos" on Thursday, September 19, 2013; I spoke to a different individual called "Mary" on Monday, September 23, 2013, and Wednesday September 25, 2013; and a third individual with withheld last name going by the name of "Grace", corporate ID#YC28E. This is an assortment of unidentified Natural Men and Women that are trained by the corporation to lie to their customers to deprive individuals of their Natural Rights, Contract Rights, and private property Rights. They operate in conspiracy to shift responsibility by passing the product complaint from one agent to another agent, to positively avoid responsibility for low quality, substand foreign merchadise. There is no sales receipt, as indicated in the initial complaint, and also indicated verbally and in writing to these individuals. The matter must go to Executive level for any resolution. These individuals do not have the commitment to serve their customers and stand behind the quality of products sold to customers. I am an example of an abused and exploited customer. There is no receipt, because the product was a gift purchased by a nuclear family member for a special occassion. It was purchased within the past two years. The product is currently sold at retail locations and online retailers, including Amazon.com. It is currently sold today, Thursday, September 26, 2013. This information was e-mailed to the individuals that are lying and telling lies to hurt customers for the benefit of SONY. I provided a direct link of the product that is easily viewed on any internet connnection to Amazon. As a customer, I made a demand for a total refund. As a customer, I cannot purchase or incur an expense for any SONY product, because SONY has through its activities promoted the worst electronics product on the market and engages in company practice of teaching its employees to lie and obstruct in interactions with patrons. I cannot support these practices. I don't have any desire to purchase any products from SONY direct resultant from SONY using their agents to lie, cheat, steal, engage in deceptive practices, and engage in Unjust Enrichment by depriving Legal Owners and Users of personal private Property. SONY positively violates the law. This includes the State of California Civil Code, Section 1792-****.8. I informed "Grace" verbally and in writing that she was positively engaged in a criminal activity. SONY and Natural Men/Women, employed by SONY, violate the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and U.S.C. federal laws. This is blantant abuse by the largest of multinational corporations. All American should be strongly red flagged and cautioned to avoid this company and NOT TO make purchases and contribute to sales: (1.)PRODUCTS ARE SIGNIFICANTLY INFERIOR AND DEFICIENT; (2.) Sony Customer Service is a Waste of Time

So I was lookign to buy a SONY VAIO keyboard skin for my wife's new laptop. I started my search in person at a Best Buy only to realize they were really only sold online. The Best Buy guy said that all the VAIO keyboards are standard and the same only differance is of course the size of the comp. I had a 14 inch C series laptop. I knew the color would be pink per the wife's request. So I search on the SONY website. First of all what the Best Buy guy said was wrong as each Series has its own keyboard set up. So I got a little dispointed at that. Then as I scanned the site I realized they dont produce all the colors for every type of Series keyboard skin! Someone explain to me how hard is to to mass produce these thin silicone rubber skins in all colors for all keyboard types! Absolute Corporate *** Thats when I realized that SONY was going to take me for a wild ride of negativity. Prior to this I had very few SONY purchases in fact it was only for small things like cheap end headphones and a mouse. I found the right color pink and it was 14 inch so I bought it on a whim hoping it would work out, of course it did not so I prepared to return it for a refund. I called customer service to probe them for why they cannot make all colors for all types of keyboards. Customer Service was unknowledgable and could not answer such questions. They seemed more like asking me how my holidays were and who I bought a laptop and keyboard skin for? They commented on the fact that my wife is so lucky for having a guy like me. I'm like who are you and why would be commenting on such things when your trying to end my issue with you. It took 1 hour for them to tell me that my second choice for color (purple) was unavailable, and that I needed to order red. Then they messed up my address because they were incompetant and couldn't spell. It seemed as though they were using a cheap headset to conduct this phone call. Static noises and low volumes abound this indivdual was a nightmare to talk to. Then once that was straight I was forwarded to handle my refund for the first purchase. That individual could not find my order anywhere and I will admit I misplaced at the time of the call my paperwork for that order. I gave up on these idiots who couldnt find my info in their system and I hung up. This is my final time doing business with SONY, absolutly horrible greed drivin corporation. As it says here on the webiste in the SONY Corp profile, its a Multinational Corporation and we all know the shenanigans they pull....
