I purchased a new TV from Best Buy of SONY brand. After purchase, I noticed that the TV has a problem connecting in my wired network.
Upon trying to reach to SONY I was asked to call several people for troubleshoot. All the troubleshooting with at least 6-7 different people was repeating same steps over and over again. And finally they managed to send a service/repair person who also couldn't fix the problem. Now I am being told the problem is with my Network which is not correct as all other devices & computers on the same network work just fine.
SONY has been just wasting my time and avoiding replacement of hardware. Hopefully this is comprehensive information for you.
