My sony experia xa1 ultra stopped charging after 4 months. Finally at 5 months I contacted sony they sent a fedex label the phone was sent back to sony for repair.

After 3 weeks of waiting. Sony said I voided the warranty by sending a phone that has a cracked screen phone is lifted and the phone is bent. All lies. I have received the phone back without being repaired in the same condition as I bought the phone.

I tried to take it to any phone repair only to learn the port can not be repaired because Sony soders the port on. Once it becomes loose the port can not be reheated to fix, the phone is useless. Instead of sony replacing the phone they lied on me. So I am out the $377.11 cost of the phone.

I can not charge the phone I can not use the phone its is garbage to me. Here's pictures.

As you see this phone is not cracked bent or lifted whatever that means. Sony would rather lie than 1 admit they are not able to fix their own faulty port #2 do the right thing & replace the phone
