My sons Ps account was locked over what PS describes as a disputed charge. We have only used one card recently and the issuer confirmed to me that there was no disputed charge on my account.
PS kept the money we paid, locked the account, and now says we owe some random amount to get back into it.
They have no phone number and everything is automated. No personal contacts and leaves the issue open unless I pay them money that I dont even owe them. This issue appears to be unresolvable because of the terrible service. You cant fix it if no one actually looks at the account.
This is the worst experience with a company Ive ever seen in my 50 years on this earth.
Sony is not only a terrible company. They are apparently terrible people.
Monetary Loss: $25.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
